I have a twin bed that can be used in either room if needed or I can put it in the garage.  The house is pretty much furnished--no room for furniture except for in rooms.  Kitchen is fully stocked on cooking gadgets and utensils.  

Roommate

3rd roommate/landlord in 2nd basement room. I like to run, hike, play my uke, travel, and am constantly working on projects around the house.  I work from home full-time. I'm pretty laid back. The 4th "roommate" is Charlie,  a 2 year old Australian Cattle Dog.  He's well behaved except he loves people and we are still working on not jumping on people when they come in the door.  He's getting much better.  

House rules

No smoking, no crazy parties, overnight guests ok if cleared with everyone first, clean up after yourself, be nice to all the roommates, no changes to the rooms without permission (painting, etc.).  Security deposit 100% refundable if you leave the house in the same condition you move into it.  Contract is month to month, with 30 days notice for ending contract.
